To help ensure this approach is met, specific measures are taken:

For safety and compliance, loadmasters monitor all loads
prior to departure, coach drivers on optimal load makeup
and monitor vehicle quality issues.

Drivers, who are routinely monitored and audited, are expected
to drive at or below our Company-standard speed limits. These
established speeds are always compliant with the law or within
safe speeds, whichever is less.

Through the use of onboard computers, automated logs are
active in all transport vehicles.

A Compliance Specialist monitors onboard computer activity
and other aspects of driver qualifications to ensure 100%
compliance.

Our Safety Department regularly provides training and produces
new initiatives to promote awareness of laws, regulations
and other requirements.
